USBOXLA Leagues - The Shield of Quality Programming

The Official USBOXLA (US Box Lacrosse Association) Playing Rules are the most comprehensive set of playing rules developed for the sport of Box Lacrosse in the United States.

Sanctioned USBOXLA leagues must adhere to the rules set forth in the USBOXLA Rulebook to establish consistency and uniform game-play within the sport of Box Lacrosse in the USA, regardless of where it is played.
