Box Lacrosse Academy - San Jose Welcome to the Box Lacrosse Academy Directed by 12 year NLL Pro, former San Jose Stealth captain, World and National Champion Shaydon Santos. Santos, originally from Whitby, Canada, the top youth Box organization in Canada, relocated to San Jose when his NLL Pro Team, the Albany Attack, became the San Jose Stealth. Santos brought along with him REAL Box Lacrosse to California. Much different than the indoor off-season version of field lacrosse that was currently being played. Box Lacrosse is the game played by Canadian youth, at the professional level in the National Lacrosse League and in international competitons such as the World Cup. Box players have been finding huge success in the field lacrosse verison of the game because of their sharp stick skills, quickness in decision making, ability to play under pressure and developed scoring skills - all integral aspects of the faster indoor version of the game.
