Why start with the Box Lacrosse Academy? Simple - we place a major emphasis on developing stick skills, the correct way, while having a ton fun. Learning how to shoot, pass and catch correctly enables our students to enter field lacrosse leagues, our own youth recreation league or travel program with the tools to succeed. This class is non contact - so players do not need equipment (helmet/gloves and sticks are available for free). Players will get to play an ultra fun non-contact game called Ultimate Lacrosse. Even if you have a season of playing field lacrosse there's no better program to refine the fundamentals so they are properly excuted. There's a long line of success in the Bay Area with each player having this class in common.
